BOARD OF DIRECTORS
SNOW POLICY
Driveways will be plowed with a six-inch accumulation.
Hand shoveling of the sidewalks will be at a three-inch accumulation.
As indicated on the "No Parking" sign in front of 2661, any cars parked in the spot reserved for snow storage will be towed if the parking lot needs to be plowed. If there is any snowfall forecast for the area, please refrain from parking in that spot!
TRASH AND RECYCLING
Waste Management is our trash and recycling service provider.
Trash pick-up is every Thursday but will be delayed by a day if there is a holiday.
Recycling is every other Thursday.
ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE
Any and all changes or improvements to the exterior of your townhome needs written approval.

NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF HOMEOWNERS
The annual meeting of the DoubleTree Homeowners is usually in November but may be delayed until December. The date and location will be posted on this website and on the mailboxes. All materials pertaining to the meeting will be distributed prior to the meeting, either hand delivered to your home or by mail to non-resident owners. If you are unable to attend, please return your proxy to Aletha Zens.
